Why do I feel so angry

What's Happening? I know that sometimes anger can feel like a big and scary emotion. It can be tough to figure out what triggers it and why it happens.There are a lot of things that can trigger anger, like feeling disrespected, being misunderstood, or not getting your way.Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed by schoolwork, worried about friends, or struggling with family issues. All of these things can build up inside of you and make you feel angry and frustrated.When you're feeling angry, try using the C.P.R. card steps

Take a deep breath in and out, and imagine blowing out the anger like a candle.
Process
Anger is a normal emotion, and it's okay to feel angry sometimes. It's important to recognize what triggers our anger and find healthy ways to express it.
Reset
Say the words: I am in control of my anger, and I choose to respond with kindness and understanding.
