What can I do if I'm being bullied or abused

This is serious. It's not uncommon to feel scared, confused, or alone when you're being abused or bullied. But know that you are not alone, and there are people who can help you. It takes a lot of courage to speak up, but it's important to remember that you deserve to feel safe and respected. If you're being abused or bullied, it can be helpful to talk to someone you trust. This could be a teacher, school counselor, parent, or friend. Sometimes it can be hard to find the right words to say, so you could try writing down what's happening or practicing what you want to say beforehand. You can use the C.P.R. card steps to help process what's happening but remember, you don't have to go through this alone.
